This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and services provided by American Leads ("we," "our," or "us") through our website and application located at americanleads.com and app.americanleads.com (the "Service").
Important: By purchasing a subscription or service from American Leads, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. See Section 1 for details.
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to every subscription plan we offer, including monthly and annual billing, with no exceptions for partial periods, unused time, or early cancellation.
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription plans (including Premium Plan, Platinum Club, or any similar plan) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. No refunds are available for monthly subscription payments—whether for the first billing cycle or any renewal.
- Non-refundable: All amounts charged for your monthly subscription are final once processed.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time so it does not renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that period ends; no refund is issued for the current or any past billing period.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
If we offer annual subscription plans, all annual subscription fees are non-refundable in full. There is no prorated refund, no partial refund for unused months, and no refund if you cancel before the end of the annual term.
2. Lead Purchase Refunds
2.1 Individual Lead Purchases
Individual lead purchases are generally non-refundable once the lead information has been accessed or downloaded. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Lead: If you receive a lead that you have already purchased, we will provide a full refund or replacement lead.
- Incorrect Information: If a lead contains materially incorrect information (e.g., wrong property address, non-existent property), we will provide a refund or replacement lead within 48 hours of reporting.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access a purchased lead due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a full refund or replacement lead.
2.2 Lead Quality Disputes
We strive to provide accurate and high-quality leads. However, we do not guarantee:
- That a property owner will be interested in selling
- That a property will be available at a specific price
- That you will successfully close a deal with a lead
Refunds will not be issued based on lead quality, owner responsiveness, or your inability to close a deal.
3. Wallet Balance Refunds
3.1 Unused Wallet Balance
Wallet balance (funds added to your account) is non-refundable once added to your account. Wallet balance does not expire and can be used for future lead purchases or subscription payments.
3.2 Account Closure
If you close your account and have unused wallet balance, you may request a refund of the remaining balance, subject to a minimum refund amount of $10.00 and a processing fee of $5.00 or 5% of the refund amount, whichever is greater.
4. Processing Fees
All refunds are subject to processing fees charged by our payment processor (Stripe). Processing fees are typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Dispute the chargeback with your payment provider
- Pursue collection of any outstanding amounts

7. Cancellation Process
7.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account at app.americanleads.com
- Navigating to the Subscription page
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
- Following the cancellation prompts

7.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
- Automatic renewals will be stopped
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Service Interruptions
If our Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, we will provide a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
8.2 Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund or credit within 5 business days.
8.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made fraudulently, contact us immediately at security@americanleads.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a full refund.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- All subscription fees (monthly and annual), as described in Section 1
- Leads that have been accessed or downloaded (except as specified in Section 2)
- Processing fees charged by payment processors
- Any fees associated with chargebacks or disputes
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
